Roles and Responsibilities • Prepare/upgrade training content as per the training objectives including lab examples/ assignments. • Conduct training sessions – virtual or in-person • Observe and evaluate performance of the participants • Summarise and share the training reports as per the process • Deliver all tasks assigned by the manager as per agreed schedule • Leverage all learning resources available (CATALYST/Percipio/others) • Keep learning and upgrading skills to contribute effectively towards training
