• Should have 8+ years of experience in Dev and testing skills and also would have worked as a Technical Trainer for sometime • Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in Word / PowerPoint / Excel Creating good documents • Expertise in at least one of the programming languages – C++ / Java / Python / C# • Expertise in at least one of the automation testing tools – Selenium/ SOAP UI/Rest API/ RPA/ QTP/UFT / Protractor / Appium / Coded UI (or) any other automation testing tools. • Expertise in Manual / Functional testing. Clear idea of defect life cycle • Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle • Knowledge of various teaching methods – Class Room / Online / Workshops • Prepare training material and classroom agenda • Experience in version control tool (SVN / TFS / GitHub) • Knowledge in Devops, RPA preferred
