The Clinical Research Trainer will be responsible for building and implementing our clinical training programs for Life sciences students and healthcare students.
Responsibilities
Utilize blended delivery methods for student training such as face-to-face, classroom and online training.
Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to develop a training curriculum for clinical research for the students.
Design training methods to improve our delivery methods and meet the needs of a Clinical Research Industry
Attend training-related conferences, webinars, and workshops
Develop, update, and maintain all training materials for the Clinical Research Coordinator and Clinical Research Assistant training.
Plan, conducted, and coordinated training & post-training for Clinical Operations
Create and maintain a positive, professional, vibrant and entertaining learning environment in order to engage students.
Requirements
Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Clinical operation field
3+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience in a private research site/network setting including mentoring or delivering training to team
2+ years of experience training experience is preferable
Passionate individuals who love teaching without experience can be considered and encouraged

Knowledge of advanced and current principles, policies, procedures and methods in the Clinical research industry
Sound knowledge of ethical standards and regulations for the conduct of clinical trials. Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines including a Basic understanding of Regulatory requirements
